Miracleburn Fat Burner Review
Does Miracleburn really work?
For most of us MiracleBurn is just one of the millions fat burning products which are available on the market today.
Nowadays, some marketing strategies and advertisements do not work just because people are already used to outrageous claims on TV.
That is why all makers are constantly doing their best to appear credible by quoting clinical studies and reputable scientists.
According to MiracleBurn’s website, the product contains Advantra Z, which is the only patented form of bitter orange that has solid clinical data validating its effectiveness. They even claim that Advantra Z is as much effective as ephedra is but it has no dangerous side effects.
Unfortunately, Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium) has not been able to show the same properties than Ephedra. It suppresses your appetite and boosts your energy but it is less effective that ephedra.
Another report from Nophedra.com just claims some solid weight loss properties from Avantra Z, but other studies are required to confirm these claims. You can read more on this here.
However, none of the quoted claims could be a real proof that Advantra Z has the same fat burning abilities or even greater abilities than ephedra.
Review of other Miracleburn Ingredients:
Miracleburn formula is a decent one. It also contains:
Yerba mate: knows to suppress appetite and cravings. This ingredient has the ability to increase thermogenesis activity. It contains high level of caffeine and vitamin C. It’s a powerful ingredient.
Chromium: reduces body fat, helps stop cravings, regulate cholesterol and triglycerides levels and increase lean body mass and muscle.
Iodine: helps regulating the level of thyroid hormone. It also increases metabolism.
White Willow Bark: has anti inflammatory properties and enhance weight loss when used with other ingredients.
L-carnitine: is cardioprotective , lowers triglycerides and cholesterol levels and accelerates fat metabolism.
Glucomannan: has powerful fiber properties. It may be combined to other fibers to boost satiety properties. Glucomannan causes fullness feelings and cause weight loss.
Apple Cider Vinegar: they claim on the MiracleBurn's ingredient page that Apple Cider Vinegar has the ability to transform fat into energy in a quick and easy way by lowering your cholesterol levels. They even claim that the Apple Cider Vinegar “literally eats away at your body’s fat cells.”
Be sure that these claims are too outrageous to be true. What is even more interesting is that the apple cider vinegar is not able to burn fat, nor it has the ability to do anything related to weight loss. In order to make sure that this is true, search for some apple cider vinegar reviews which are available online.
Moreover, these claims seem to be completely impossible just because they belie the human physiology. We all know that fat is stored energy. That is why the only way to burn fat is to expend more energy than you consume, in other words, to create a caloric deficit.
Be sure that apple cider vinegar is not a magical compound that is able to empty your cells. You do not need to have your fat cells emptied just because if you do not perform any physical exercises, the fat will go back where it came from.
Bottom line:
When analyzing Miracleburn ingredients, we could easily conclude and recommend this weight loss supplement. But we have no additional info about the amount of each ingredient. So I doubt the effectiveness of Miracleburn compilation.
