Jillian Michaels Extreme Quickstart Rapid Weight Loss Program claims that you can see greater weight loss results by using their 3 piece kit. They provide a supposed fat burner, calorie control formula, and a cleanse. So you can jump start your diet and then reduce caloric intake and apparently burn fat at the same time.

What are the ingredients?

Yerba mate -this ingredient has been known to contribute to weight loss, but only in certain amounts and only when combined with damiana and guarana.

Coffee bean extract -a caffeine based supplement, it could promote a certain amount of thermogenic activity. However, it would require at least 400mg

Guarana -generally known as the caffeine free stimulant, this ingredient promotes greater energy. However, if you want to lose weight you have to combine it in the right amounts of course with damiana and yerba mate

Cocoa extract -this is known to work as a powerful antioxidant

L-glutamine -an essential amino acid

L-tyrosine -an essential amino acid

Damiana -works with yerba mate and guarana, but only in the right amounts

Ginger -a natural stimulant free fat burner

White willow bark -a natural form of aspirin

CLA -a good fat known to promote greater fat burning and muscle building, it actually requires about 4500mg per dose. Unfortunately, they don’t use this, and moreover, it would only be an extra 3 pounds per year anyway
